What are the shipping costs?

Australia:

Standard Australian Shipping is $9.95 or FREE on orders over $100 

Express Australian Shipping is $14.95

New Zealand:

Express New Zealand Shipping flat rate of $17 AUD or FREE on orders over $150 AUD

United States Of America:

Express USA Shipping flat rate of $17 AUD or FREE on orders over $150 AUD

Rest of World:

A flat rate of $25 AUD

International deliveries:

For purchases outside of Australia you may be required to pay duty tax on your orders.

Please ensure you are aware of the possible charges you may incur in order to release your goods.

We do not offer refunds if you refuse the package due to customs charges. 

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

We aim to ship goods within 2 business days of receiving your order. Please note we ship orders on working days and weekend orders will be packed and dispatched the following Monday/Tuesday. 

However if we are having a store wide discount or a new season launch due to the large amount of orders we receive our processing times can be longer and the expected time delay can be 7-10 business days. We appreciate your patience while our team works hard to get the orders dispatched as fast as we can.

If a pre-order item or custom item is selected all items will be sent once the pre-order is ready.

Please double check your shipping address is correct as we can not be held responsible for un-delivered orders due to incorrect delivery details.

All items are sent via Australia post. Our warehouse is based in Sydney and standard shipping can take 1 to 10 days to arrive in Australia.  We won't follow up orders for the first 7 days.
